A one-to-one introduction to the art of making delicious artisanal chocolates at home (3 hr. ongoing workshop)

Learn the history of chocolate and how chocolate is made. Then learn how to temper milk, dark and white chocolate and create a range of chocolates, such as:
- Fruit ‘n’ Nut,
- Coffee Crunch,
- Marble Swirls,
- Hawaiin Delight,
- Chocolate-dipped wafers & fruits, and much more.
You will also learn how to gift wrap them in a beautiful and professional manner. Course lasts for 3 hours.
