Join us for lunch and a workshop on ‘Easy Thai Cooking‘ with renowned chef Manav Sharma on Saturday, 2nd June, 11am-1 pm at Cafe at CMYK.
This is a demonstration workshop wherein Manav will teach participants preparation and serving techniques and also discuss ingredients at length. It’s easy cooking, so men, fear not and put on the aprons.

- Pad Phak Ruam Miter (Thai greens cooked with yellow bean chilli paste)

Before turning an entrepreneur, Manav Sharma worked as a chef for nearly a decade starting from the Taj Delhi. His talents with salt and pepper then took him international as he worked in many cruise liners, before heading operations in Africa for ESS.
