Here at the Yoga Studio, we take you through a journey of Yoga, rarely found in other classes. We practise the Ashtanga Vinyasa form of yoga ( popularly known as “power yoga”) which is very dynamic in nature, this sort of a yoga practise is perfect for individuals looking to develop strength, lose weight and tone up by working the deeper muscles of the body.
The Yoga Studio is a haven where you can unwind and relax, it is a place where you can escape the everyday stress and worries and connect with your inner self. In this quiet ambience, feel free to let go of your body and mind to feel uplifted and energized.
The classes are revitalizing and rejuvenating and incorporate the traditional form of Pranayama (breathing technique), Savasan (relaxation), Dhyana (meditation) and Chanting. The classes are specifically designed to build a healthy balance of flexibility, strength, agility, and poise. The classes run for duration of 75 minutes and you will be sure to feel a difference in your body and mind after a class with us!

Experience: Hailing from Hyderabad, Bindiya has extensive training in the field of Aerobics and fitness and has been certified with AFAA. Her quest for knowledge about different exercise forms brought her to Delhi to learn more about yoga. In 2006 she completed the Yoga teachers training with Seema and is now a full time teacher at the studio.
Experience: Originally from Bosnia, her travels and eventual destiny bought her to India. Anuska was not acquainted with the world of yoga when she was in India, but soon after starting her practise yoga changed her life completely. She attended the Teachers Training with Seema in late 2007. She now resides and works in India and takes regular classes at the studio.
Experience: Having tried all different forms of exercise, yoga proved to be the only system of exercise that brought physical and mental satisfaction. After coming back from Australia in 2010 she completed her teacher training with Seema and is now working as the marketing and administrative head at the studio. She is not a full time teacher at the studio yet but assists in posture correction and alignment!
